The Supreme Court of India has granted interim relief to popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav in the alleged rave party and snake venom misuse case.

Authorities at the Dubai International Airport detained social media influencer Abdu Rozik on Saturday morning over allegations of theft.

Enforcement Directorate (ED) has provisionally seized assets worth Rs 52.49 lakh belonging to YouTuber Elvish Yadav, singer Rahul Yadav.

The document, which names eight accused and includes statements from 24 witnesses, outlines how Yadav allegedly orchestrated the procurement of venom for parties.

Taking to Instagram, Elvish shared a group photo with his family, including his parents, grandparents, and other relatives.

Six individuals, including Elvish Yadav, have been implicated under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A of the Indian Penal Code for their purported role in providing snake venom for a party held in Noida's Sector 51.

In his defense, Yadav clarified that he was provoked by Thakur over several months, culminating in a threat to harm Yadav's parents.

The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act makes it illegal to remove a snake's venom glands. If found guilty, a person may spend seven years in prison.
