The Delhi High Court has launched free Wi-Fi to improve accessibility and efficiency in legal proceedings.

The Delhi HC acknowledged the default bail plea from former minister and AAP leader Satyendar Jain, accused in a money laundering case.

The petitioner later submitted an application seeking an apology and requesting that the fine be waived, citing his inexperience in the profession.

Justice Manoj Jain, in his order, stated that it would be inappropriate to impose punitive measures for the disrespect the lawyer had shown towards the court.

The court rejected the bail plea, highlighting Masasosang's involvement in allegedly concealing terrorist funds through fraudulent means, despite the bank accounts being in her name.

A bench of Delhi HC had reserved the decision on May 14 after hearing the arguments from both the parties.
