Arvind Kejriwal

Highlighting the achievements of AAP-led governments, Kejriwal pointed out that Delhi and Punjab are the only states providing free electricity to citizens

The ED has filed the fresh complaint under Section 174 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) regarding non-attendance in obedience to a public servant's order, read with Section 63(4) of the PMLA, which addresses intentional disobedience of directions.

Arvind Kejriwal has said that he will appear before the ED after March 12 through video conferencing.

The Chief Minister also asserted that the Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana, which grants ₹1,000 per month to each adult woman, is likely the "most significant stride toward women's empowerment worldwide."

Though specifics of the scheme have not been revealed, all women above 18 in Delhi will be eligible, with payments directly deposited into their bank accounts.

The minister emphasized how much the state administration led by Kejriwal had changed government schools while presenting the budget.

Previous ED summonses from February 26, February 19, February 2, January 18, January 3, November 2, and December 22 have been ignored by Arvind Kejriwal, who has described them as "illegal and politically motivated."

The AAP has fielded Kurukshetra native and former Rajya Sabha MP Sushil Gupta in Haryana. Three of the AAP's candidates for Assam and two for Gujarat had already been revealed.

The High Court, in its judgment dated February 5, emphasized that reposting alleged libelous content would fall under defamation law.

In response to Kejriwal's persistent absence, the probe agency has lodged a complaint against him for "disobeying" its summons in this matter.
