Rajya Sabha Clears Central Universities (Amendment) Bill 2023, Paving the Way for Central Tribal University in Telangana

Winter Session of Parliament: The Rajya Sabha on Wednesday passed the Central Universities (Amendment) Bill, 2023 through a voice vote aimed at establishing a Central Tribal University in Telangana designed to provide higher education and research facilities primarily for the tribal population of India.
