Ingredients for making Sharbat-e-Mohabbat –
1.Watermelon half cup (finely chopped)
2. Honey 1 teaspoon
3. Milk 200 mg
4. Water 50 mg
5. Rooh Afza or Rose essence 1 tablespoon
6. Chia seeds 1 tablespoon
7. Ice cubes
8. Rose leaves (for garnishing)
How to make Sharbat-e-Mohabbat
First of all, put milk, Rooh Afza, water and honey in a vessel and mix well.
Now put watermelon pieces and ice cubes in a glass.
Then pour the prepared mixture over it and mix.
Your tasty Sharbat-e-Mohabbat is ready.
Now garnish it with soaked chia seeds and rose leaves and serve.
