Shedding stubborn belly fat often feels like an uphill battle, but Noida-based Gut Health and Metabolic Wellness Coach Dipika Rampa believes your body can be trained to burn fat naturally.
In her latest Instagram post dated November 2, Rampa outlined practical, science-backed steps to help the body switch from fat storage to fat burning—without restrictive diets or calorie counting.
Rampa explained that many people remain in a ‘fat storage mode’, where hunger spikes and cravings feel uncontrollable.
“That stored belly fat is literally thousands of calories waiting to be used. You just need to teach your body how to tap into it,” she said.
According to Rampa, the process relies on two main hormones, one produced in the gut, and the other being insulin.
“The gut hormone turns off food noise, balances blood sugar, and supports digestion. It’s naturally produced when you eat meals rich in fibre, fat, and protein,” she explained.
She warned that constant eating keeps insulin levels elevated, forcing the body to store rather than burn fat. “When insulin levels drop, your body switches gears and starts using stored belly fat for energy,” she said, adding that mastering this rhythm is key to efficient fat loss.
Rampa shared her personal daily routine, designed to keep fat-burning consistent. “I skip breakfast and work out in a fasted state. When I eat around noon, I focus on fibre, fat, and protein. Then I give my body a 4–6-hour gap before the next meal to maintain low insulin levels,” she said.
She concluded her post with a challenge to followers, “Do this for 90 days and watch your belly fat melt while eating real food, balancing hormones, and feeling amazing.”
Her approach promotes metabolic balance over deprivation, offering a sustainable alternative for those struggling with stubborn fat.
