Google’s AI Can Now Book Your Concert Tickets And Dinner Reservations For You

Google has unveiled a powerful upgrade to its AI Mode, transforming its Search feature into a personal assistant capable of managing real-world tasks like booking concert tickets, restaurant tables, and even salon appointments, all without leaving the search window.

The feature moves Google beyond simply answering queries, letting users directly secure tickets and make reservations in just a few steps. Instead of opening multiple websites, AI Mode automatically scans platforms, displays live options, and directs users straight to checkout.

For instance, users can type or say, “Find four VIP tickets for Lionel Messi’s GOAT India Tour 2025 in December.” Instead of showing a list of links, the AI will browse ticketing sites, compare availability, and offer purchase-ready options.

The same process applies to restaurant bookings. Users can specify cuisine type, time, and party size, and Google will filter nearby restaurants with open tables. The system integrates with existing reservation platforms, making dining plans effortless.

According to Google, the AI handles these processes in real time, reducing the risk of missing limited-time offers or sold-out events.

Available for Early Testers in the US

Currently, the feature is limited to users in the United States enrolled in Google’s Search Labs, where experimental tools are tested. Those with Google AI Pro or AI Ultra subscriptions enjoy extended access and usage limits.

Though not yet available worldwide, Google has already rolled out other AI functionalities to over 180 countries, hinting that the booking assistant could soon expand globally.

The company described the feature as part of its ongoing mission to deliver ‘reliable and high-quality information’, while acknowledging that the experimental mode may occasionally make mistakes as it continues to learn from real-world use.

This follows Google’s earlier March update introducing restaurant booking support and the Canvas tool for study and project management, further solidifying the platform’s position as an all-in-one digital assistant.
