200 ml Coconut Oil
15-20 Almonds (crushed )
10-15 Curry Leaves
20 ml Castor Oil
Take the Coconut Oil in a pan and cook on low flame. Add the crushed almonds followed by curry leaves.
Cook on low flame till the almonds turn golden brown.
Strain this mixture separating the oil from the rest of the ingredients.
Cool it.
Take a bowl and mix the Castor oil and the Coconut oil together. Store this magical healing nourishing oil in a glass bottle.
Shelf life : 1 month
Use this oil thrice a week. Wash it off with a mild Ayurvedic shampoo.
Use a wooden comb to comb your hair.
Massage well inside the scalp and also apply it on the length of the hair.
If you have dry hair keep the hair oiled overnight. For oily hair 5 hours of oiling is sufficient.
Dietary tips to aid hair growth:
Consume overnight-soaked dry fruit especially almonds
Also, consume foods like sattu in food or milk.
This naturally nourishing oil protects and repairs damaged nails. It also stimulates nail growth.
4 tbsp Coconut oil
1 tbsp Castor oil
3 Garlic cloves
Take a small glass bowl
Add the coconut oil followed by the castor oil.
Cut the garlic into small pieces and mix well.
Deeply moisturize the nail and cuticle area.
Apply this oil on the nails and cuticle area and leave overnight.
With regular usage, you will have strong and healthy nails consistently.
DIY Protein-Rich Natural Keratin Hair Mask
The current product driven salon culture has popularised and in fact made keratin hair treatments a regular feature for anyone who wants their hair to shine with a glow and feel all healthy.

Apply this natural DIY keratin hair mask to your hair.
After 30 minutes wash it off with a mild ayurvedic shampoo.
