20 ml Castor Oil
Method:
Take the Coconut Oil in a pan and cook on low flame. Add the crushed almonds followed by curry leaves.
Cook on low flame till the almonds turn golden brown.
Strain this mixture separating the oil from the rest of the ingredients.
Cool it.
Take a bowl and mix the Castor oil and the Coconut oil together. Store this magical healing nourishing oil in a glass bottle.
Shelf life : 1 month
Tips for hair growth
Use this oil thrice a week. Wash it off with a mild Ayurvedic shampoo.
Use a wooden comb to comb your hair.
Massage well inside the scalp and also apply it on the length of the hair.
If you have dry hair keep the hair oiled overnight. For oily hair 5 hours of oiling is sufficient.
