In a recent development, the Rouse Avenue Court has directed Mandoli Jail officials to submit a report on the medical condition of Naresh Balian, a leader from the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), who is currently detained under the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act (MCOCA).
The special judge, Kaavari Baveja, has ordered the authorities to file this report by March 28.
Additionally, the court has extended Balian’s judicial custody until April 16, 2025.
