Users expressed concerns about the increasing toxic environment at the workplace
Concerns about the increasingly toxic environment in many companies have been raised by many people. “Most IT companies in India force employees to work for more than 9 hours,” one user tweeted. They are expected to work nonstop without taking any breaks. Businesses refuse to grant bonuses and vacation days. Additionally, they are often asked to work without any incentive on Saturdays and Sundays. I don’t know why the central government is not taking action.”
However, a lot of individuals claim that the woman in the video overreacted. If I was in the same situation, I would have found a new job within the first three months, another user remarked. Making a scene won’t help; it will just make things worse.
