UP Girl Kidnapped And Raped In Moving Car, Case Registered

The police in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, have filed a case against unknown individuals for kidnapping and raping a young girl inside a moving car.

According to sources, police has registered a case and started to investigate the situation after a video of the girl being tied with a scarf and dragged inside a moving car appeared on social media.

The girl’s family members asserted that the incident happened on September 9 and that they had contacted the local police station, but no action was taken.

According to the girl’s family, the Kaptanganj Police Station in charge and other officials quickly registered a case, started proceedings, and made an arrest after realising how serious the situation was after seeing the incident’s viral video.

Ritesh Kumar Singh, additional superintendent of police in Kushinagar, reported that police had detained a number of suspects and were looking into the case.
