Today he addressed the people on the occasion and mentioned that Uttar Pradesh, of its large geographical area has many challenges. After the occasion, Sarojini Nagar MLA Rajeshwar Singh tweeted, “UP is a state with more than 20 rivers, around 27 hectares of land is drown during flood as the Western UP comes under Seismic Zone-4. Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath is continously striving to strengthen the Disaster Management System, which is a very important initiative to maintain the safety and security of the state.” Today, Rajeshwar Singh addressed the public after foundation stone of State Disaster Management Authority was laid.
Yogi Aditya Nath released three short films, two books and a radio jingle for public awareness regarding the occasion. He has even launched the Uttar Pradesh Disaster Management Plan 2023 and the Flood Action Plan 2023 books.
