On Monday morning, the Udaipur-Jaipur Vande Bharat Express train nearly avoided a serious collision thanks to prompt action by a vigilant driver who stopped the train at Gangarar-Soniyana section after observing some ballast placed on the track, according to officials.
The stoppage, according to Captain Shashi Kiran CPRO-North Western Railway, was brought due to some ballast placed on the track and two rods, each measuring one foot, in the joggle plate of the track.
Additionally, Captain Kiran stated that FIR is being registered and the accused will face harsh punishment. The event took place in Bhilwara’s jurisdiction at about 9:55 a.m. The location is governed by Gangarar in the Chittaurgarh district.
