Student Scoring Double Marks Than Selected Candidate Couldn’t Get Into IIT, Users Reveal Their Pain

The post highlighted an incident from the year 2020, where an applicant named Rahul Kumar with a lower score was admitted, while another applicant named Aman Mishra with a higher score was rejected. The tweet was accompanied by the caption, “Score – 82, Status – Rejected. Score – 41, Status – Selected. Even if you study for 20 hours a day to secure a seat at IIT, your seat will be given to someone who has scored half of your marks. In India, hard work has no value. It is cheaper than table salt.”
