Since Independence No Government Provided Facilities Like BJP: Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan

On Saturday, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan claimed that no central government since Independence has provided benefits to the people, the way BJP had done over the last nine years.

3 lakh people receiving governments schemes benefits in Deogarh

Dharmendra Pradhan said, “In Deogarh district, almost 3 lakh people are receiving benefits from Modi Government. Here, 16,000 houses have been built under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, and more than 35,000 houses received toilet and electricity facilities. Three lakh people are getting 5 kg of rice every month. Since independence, no other central government has ever given such facilities to its public.”

At a public event earlier today to commemorate the nine years the Modi administration, Pradhan said the women of Odisha had benefited the most from the Center’s welfare schemes. According to him, the Deogarh women, farmers, and youth have also benefited from these welfare programmes.

BJP hosting events across nation

As part of a massive public outreach to honour the 9th anniversary of the Modi Government at the Centre, the BJP is hosting a number of events which is being attended by his senior officials across the nation. As part of the party’s month-long campaign, Union Minister Pradhan is touring various districts in Odisha, which is also his home state.
