On Monday, ahead of the Lok Sabha elections 2024, Congress leader Sachin Pilot held a roadshow in the Palakkad district of Kerala.

Pilot criticized BJP, asserting that the party cannot secure even one seat in Kerala or any southern state.

The Congress leader confidently backs the United Democratic Front (UDF) and the INDI Alliance, foreseeing a landslide victory for the coalition in the state.

Sachin Pilot stated, “I think the response is fantastic. People have decided to vote for the UDF. In Kerala, UDF will get 20 out of 20 seats.”

“Ten years of BJP rule we have seen this country. None of the promises have been fulfilled; everyone feels cheated. The pledges to double farmers’ income and provide 2 crore jobs annually remain unfulfilled,” Pilot added.

Lashing out at the BJP party, Pilot said, “They BJP are talking about 2047, Hindu-Muslim, Masjid-Mandir. People want development. They want peace and harmony, and the gap between the rich and poor to go away.”

“Our focus is on real issues. The BJP is trying to divert the issues on emotional matters. The people are very smart.”

All 20 Lok Sabha constituencies in Kerala will vote in a single phase on 26 April. The counting of votes will be on 4 June.
