Re-polling commenced on Monday at 11 polling venues within the inner-Manipur Parliamentary constituency.
The Election Commission ordered re-polling amid incidents of violence reported from polling stations on 19 April.

The designated polling sites undergoing re-polling include Moirangkampu Sajeb Upper Primary School and S Ibobi Primary School (East Wing) within the Khurai assembly constituency, 4 in Kshetrigao, 1 in Thongju, 3 in Uripok, and 1 in Konthoujam.
Meanwhile, to avoid any mishaps, security has been tightened.

Earlier on Friday, during the initial phase of the Lok Sabha elections, few miscreants opened fire and vandalized EVMs at these polling stations.
Clashes were reported at a polling booth in Moirangkampu Sajeb Awang Leikai of Imphal, Manipur.
Following the gunfire, a civilian was reportedly wounded.
As per reports, Manipur saw a voter turnout of 69.18 per cent till 7 PM.
Meanwhile, all 32 assembly segments within the Inner Manipur parliamentary constituency participated in the Lok Sabha elections.
Additionally, 15 assembly segments within the Outer Manipur (ST) parliamentary constituency voted in the Lok Sabha elections.
Voting for the remaining 13 segments of Outer Manipur will be in the second phase on 26 April. The counting of votes will be on 4 June.
