PM Modi visits team India’s dressing room to motivate players after World Cup final defeat

Team India lost in the final match of World Cup 2023 against Australia. After the defeat, all the team players’, from captain Rohit Sharma to King Virat Kohli or fast bowler Mohammad Siraj, everyone’s eyes were filled with sadness.

Meanwhile, after handing over the World Cup trophy to the Australian players after their victory, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached the dressing room of his players to encourage them. He met all the players and asked them to leave disappointment.

After the defeat when Indian players were extremely disheartened, PM Modi arrived and first of all met captain Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli and told them to leave all the sadness behind. He further said that victory and defeat is part of game and it continues. He said that you worked very hard and took India to the finals by winning ten matches, this is your biggest victory. PM Modi also met Team India coach Rahul Dravid and praised him for his hard work.
