PM Modi In Bhopal, Flag Off 5 Vande Bharat Trains

Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the chief minister of Madhya Pradesh, has announced that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will travel to the state capital of Bhopal on Tuesday to flag off five Vande Bharat trains.

Upon his arrival, Modi will proceed to the Rani Kamalapati railway station, where he will both physically and virtually signal the departure of a group of five Vande Bharat Express trains that connect significant cities in various regions of the nation.

This will be the first time that so many Vande Bharat trains are introduced all at once.

Two of them will be for the Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections, which are scheduled by the end of the year.

“These trains will improve connectivity in Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Goa, Bihar and Jharkhand,” Modi said in a tweet on Monday.

According to an official release, these semi-high-speed trains include the Hatia-Patna Vande Bharat Express, Dharwad-Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express, Madgaon (Goa)-Mumbai Vande Bharat Express, and Rani Kamalapati (Bhopal)-Jabalpur Vande Bharat Express.

According to state BJP president Vishnu Dutt Sharma, Modi will address 3,000 Bharatiya Janata Party members who have successfully helped to empower their booths as part of the party’s “Mera Booth Sabse Majboot” campaign at the second event in the state capital.

According to Sharma, the PM would virtually engage with 10 lakh BJP members who work at booths at the event.

“I will get an opportunity to interact with lakhs of dedicated workers under ‘Mera Booth Sabse Mazboot’ programme. This opportunity will further empower their resolve for a developed India,” Modi tweeted.

Tuesday’s visit by PM Modi to the MP district of Shahdol has been postponed due to a strong rain warning, according to CM Chouhan.

According to a statement from the chief minister, the prime minister postponed his visit to the tribally predominate district due to warnings of heavy rainfall and consideration for the trouble that precipitation may cause to attendees.

He stated that a new date for his visit would soon be revealed.

In Madhya Pradesh, isolated areas are expected to see heavy to extremely heavy rainfall through Tuesday morning, according to an orange alert from the India Meteorological Department.

According to a party leader, Modi’s planned roadshow in Bhopal has also been postponed due to the weather.
