In the lead-up to International Yoga Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been actively promoting the incorporation of Yoga into daily routines.

On Thursday, he posted a video on X demonstrating ‘Tadasana,’ an asana known for its strength-enhancing benefits.

“Tadasana is very good for the body. It will ensure more strength and better alignment,” PM Modi remarked, sharing an AI-generated video of himself performing the pose.

The use of AI technology to generate these instructional videos highlights the innovative approach taken to promote Yoga.

PM Modi has been consistently encouraging the public to adopt Yoga as an integral part of their lives.

On Tuesday, he reiterated this call, urging people to recommit to practicing Yoga and to inspire others to do the same.

He shared a series of videos that provide guidance on performing various asanas and explain their benefits.

The Prime Minister stated, “As Yoga Day approaches, I am sharing a set of videos that will offer guidance on various Asanas and their benefits. I hope this inspires you all to practice Yoga regularly.”

Emphasizing the importance of Yoga, he added, “Yoga offers a sanctuary of calm. It enables us to navigate life’s challenges with calm and fortitude.”

PM Modi highlighted how Yoga transcends cultural and geographical boundaries, uniting millions worldwide in the pursuit of holistic well-being.

The International Yoga Day is celebrated annually on 21 June.

The theme for the 10th edition is ‘Yoga for Women Empowerment.’

Through these initiatives, PM Modi aims to foster a deeper appreciation for Yoga’s benefits and inspire a global community to embrace this ancient practice for a healthier and more balanced life.
