A spiritual leader from Maharashtra's Amravati district has brought 'kumkum' for the consecration ceremony.

Nearly seven thousand dignitaries are expected to attend the great 'Pran Pratishtha' (consecration) ceremony of Ram Lalla's idol in Ayodhya today.

Between 12:05pm and 1pm, the Ram Mandir Prathistha or consecration ceremony in Ayodhya will begin with PM Narendra Modi presiding over the rituals.

In Punjab's Ludhiana, 'langars' are being organised in the Civil Lines locality. Priest of Panch Mukhi Balaji temple Pandit Harinder Gautam said the temple has already received ration for the distribution of 'langar' to more than 2,500 devotees.
