The car was apprehended at Bastara Toll Plaza in the Madhuban area of Haryana in May 2022, and it was associated with four individuals linked to the Pakistan-based “listed terrorist” Harwinder Singh Sandhu, also known as Rinda, the spokesperson revealed.

These individuals had concealed the terror-related materials in a specially designed compartment in their Innova MUV with the intention of delivering them to Adilabad, Telangana, following the instructions of Rinda, a leader of the banned terrorist organization Babbar Khalsa International (BKI).
