In Kota, Rajasthan, a 20-year-old student committed suicide on Monday, bringing the total number of cases this year to 28. The student was identified as West Bengali native Faureed Hussain.
A NEET candidate named Hussain was discovered hanging in his rented room in the city’s Wakf Nagar neighbourhood.
When he was brought to the hospital, the doctors declared him dead.
The information indicates that the student resided in the rented home, which also housed a few other students.
The last time the students saw Hussain was around 4 p.m., after which his room was locked from the inside until almost 7 p.m.
When Hussain did not answer their calls, his friends asked the landlord to step in.
The police arrived at the scene and discovered the body of the student.
In response to the incident, the police stated that they had notified his family members and were looking into the reason behind the suicide.
According to them, the student’s body will be given to his family after a postmortem examination.

The authorities have now ordered all coaching centers to install anti-hanging devices in their ceiling fans, and they have also directed institutes to stop holding exams for a period of two-month.
