Mob Attacks At Meghalaya CM Conrad Sangma’s Office, 5 Injured

Five security guards were hurt during a mob attack at the office of chief minister of Meghalaya Conrad Sangma. Mr. Sangma is safe. However, despite the fact that many people have encircled the compound, he is still inside his office in Tura.

Civil society organisations from the Garo Hills have been fasting in protest of their demand for Tura to become the winter capital.
