“Kamal Nath is in Chhindwara…I had a conversation with Kamal Nath last night. He is in Chhindwara,” Singh affirmed, addressing inquiries about the alleged rumors.

Singh further reminded that Kamal Nath’s political journey commenced alongside the Nehru-Gandhi family, highlighting his unwavering support during challenging times, such as when Indira Gandhi faced legal battles. This historical bond, Singh emphasized, underscores Kamal Nath’s steadfast commitment to the Congress ethos.

Echoing Singh’s sentiments, AICC in-charge of Madhya Pradesh Jitendra Singh expressed confidence in Kamal Nath’s loyalty to the Congress party. Citing Nath’s extensive history with the party, dating back to his association with Sanjay Gandhi, Jitendra Singh dismissed the notion of Nath defecting to another political faction.

Kamal Nath’s stature within the Congress ranks remains formidable, second only to the Gandhi family. His enduring allegiance to the Nehru-Gandhi lineage has been a hallmark of his political career.
