Huge crowds at the markets, as revelers were seen exchanging Eid wishes and buying garments, candy, and other necessities for the celebration.

The moon sighting, which has long been a part of Islamic culture, makes the celebration extremely significant. The atmosphere was lively as people poured into stores to purchase apparel, candies, and dry fruits in preparation for the happy event.
