Allegations against Sisodia are very serious in Nature

Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma pronounced his verdict in the matter on Tuesday. According to Live Law, Justice Sharma said, “The allegations against him are very serious in nature that the excise policy was formed at the instance of South Group with mala fide intention to give undue advantage to them. Such behaviour points towards the misconduct of the applicant who was admitted a public servant and was holding a very high position.”
