Delhi Air Quality Reported ‘Moderate’, AQI Remains At 190

According to SAFAR-India, the overall air quality in the nation’s capital on Wednesday morning was classified as “moderate,” with an Air Quality Index (AQI) of 190.

The air quality in the vicinity of Delhi University was rated as 273 (poor) in the morning, while the IIT area of New Delhi was rated at 173, according to the most recent data from the System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting and Research (SAFAR).

The SAFAR reports that the air quality at Lodhi Road was measured at 149, which is classified as “moderate.”

SAFAR-India reports that this morning’s air quality in places like Signature Bridge and Akshardham is 190.

The data shows that on Tuesday, the AQI was higher than 300 in at least 13 Delhi pollution hotspots.

In the meantime, Gurugram’s AQI was 169 (moderate) and Noida’s was 219 (poor).

According to the statement, on October 26, there will likely be a clear sky and mist in the morning, with the main surface wind in Delhi coming from northwest directions at a speed of 12 to 16 km/h. In the evening, the wind will become calm.

Despite the fact that the SAFAR India bulletin from Monday indicated that the air quality on October 26 would be at the lower end of the very poor category, it was recorded in the moderate category this morning.
