Key Takeaways

In his address, the Chief Minister highlighted the achievements of his administration over the past seven and a half years, particularly regarding job creation and transparency in the recruitment process.

He described the timely distribution of appointment letters just ahead of Diwali as a festive gift for the youth of Uttar Pradesh.

“I am proud to say that our government has laid down a clear roadmap for development, which includes a strategy for transparent recruitment. We are on track to provide approximately seven lakh government jobs in this period,” he stated.

CM Adityanath further emphasized the remarkable transformation in Uttar Pradesh, asserting that the state has become an attractive destination for entrepreneurs, who are now investing billions.

Additionally, he reflected on the previous job-seeking struggles faced by the youth, asserting, “In the past, many young people had to leave their homes to find work elsewhere. Today, they can secure jobs right in their own villages and cities, allowing them to support their families.”

The Chief Minister also underscored the importance of the Gram Panchayat and Social Welfare departments, urging the selected candidates to focus on contributing to a self-reliant and developed India by 2047.

“Uttar Pradesh is evolving, and we are implementing a transparent system in our appointment processes. The state has moved from being the sixth or seventh largest economy to the second largest in the country,” he concluded.

This initiative marks a significant step towards enhancing local governance and providing job opportunities for the youth in Uttar Pradesh, reinforcing the government’s commitment to fostering economic growth and development.
