100% Consesus On New Delhi Leaders’ Summit Declaration, Big Win For India!

Members of the G20 reached “100% consensus” on the first day of the Summit on Saturday, which resulted in the adoption of the New Delhi Leaders’ Summit Declaration. The major statement was made by Prime Minister Narendra, and according to the administration, it was “historic and ground-breaking.”

While making the announcement PM Modi said, “I have received good news. Due to the hard work of our team, consensus has been built on New Delhi G20 Leaders’ Summit Declaration. My proposal is to adopt this leadership declaration. I announce to adopt this declaration. On this occasion, I congratulate my Sherpa, ministers, who worked hard for it and made it possible.”

As per G20 Sherpa Amitabh Kant said that 38 paragraphs long the New Delhi Declaration was adopted with “100% consensus on all developmental and geo-political issues”.

Taking to X(formerly twitter) Amitabh Kant said, “The New Delhi Leaders Declaration has been officially adopted at the G20 India Leaders’ Summit! Today’s era must be marked as the golden age of human-centric globalisation and India’s G20 Presidency under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi has worked tirelessly towards this goal.”

Arriving at an 100 percent consensus on the “geopolitical paras”- refrence word for Ukraine Crisis which was a main obstacle, has demonstrated PM’s leadership in the entire country.

Amitabh Kant further added, “G20 India is the most ambitious in the history of G20 presidencies.”

The New Delhi Declaration mainly focuses on Strong, Sustainable, Balanced, and Inclusive Growth, Accelerating Progress on Sustainable Development Goals, Multilateral Institutions for the 21st Century, Green Development Pact for a Sustainable Future and Reinvigorating Multilateralism.

Earlier, India proposed new text on the Ukraine crisis to break the impasse over the Delhi Declaration. PM Modi called for bridging the “global trust deficit” that had been exacerbated by the war in Ukraine.
