When you love someone, you try to protect them, said conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, referring to Jacqueline Fernandez.
The wishes of the conman came as he spoke to the media while he was being escorted out of a National Investigation Agency (NIA) courtroom.
Today, Sukesh Chandrashekhar was produced at the Patiala House court in the MCOCA, in connection with a case registered against him for extorting crores of money and duping a businessman’s wife. He is accused of extorting Rs 217 crore from the wife of a former Fortis promoter.
Jacqueline Fernandez turns out as a witness in his case
Jacqueline Fernandez has turned witness in an Economic Offences Wing (EOW) case and recently told the court, “Sukesh Chandrashekar has played with my emotions, made my life hell, and ruined my career and livelihood.” Fernandez was named an accused in the chargesheet filed in the case for accepting gifts from Sukesh.
According to Jacqueline Fernandes’ statement, Sukesh has presented himself as the owner of Sun TV and claimed that (late Tamil Nadu chief minister) J. Jayalalithaa was his maternal aunt. Jacqueline said, “Sukesh told me that he is a big fan and suggested that I should do films in the South as well. He has many projects as the owner of Sun TV. He said we should try to work together on South films.
When Chandrashekhar was questioned about his relationship with the actress Jacqueline. He said, “Wish her happy valentines from my end”. Further, he said he did not want to comment on her( Jacqueline Fernandez). “I don’t want to comment anything about her. She has got her reasons to say” he added.
Delhi court has allowed Enforcement Directorate (ED) to auction 26 vehicles, owned by Leena Maria, wife of Sukesh Chandrashekhar, attached in the case in connection with the 200 crore scam perpetrated allegedly by Sukesh Chandrashekhar.
