CMD Upendrra Rai To Attend Premiere Of Marathi Film Asha As Guest Of Honour In Mumbai

The premiere of the Marathi film Asha will take place in Mumbai on 18 December, with Upendrra Rai, CMD and Editor-in-Chief of Bharat Express News Network, attending as the Guest of Honour.

Producer Daivata Patil shared that inviting CMD Upendrra Rai was a deliberate choice, describing him as a respected voice in journalism who consistently highlights social concerns and public interest issues. She said his participation will lend special significance to the event.

Asha sheds light on the vital role played by ASHA workers, who work tirelessly to ensure safe hospital deliveries and support community healthcare.

Patil emphasised that CMD Rai’s presence will serve as a strong message of respect and encouragement to these women who step beyond their household duties to serve society.
