Dramatic Turn In Aryan Khan And Arbaaz Merchant’s Drug Case

Aryan Khan, son of superstar Shahrukh Khan and his ally Arbaaz Merchant accused in the 2021 Cordelia cruise drug case at the final stages of investigation by NCB- Mumbai. Gynaneshwar Singh, the IPS officer filed the affidavit who was in charge of the inquiry. Shahrukh Khan urged investigators to cooperate with him decently.

Information altered at the last minute

According to the affidavit, the information note was altered at the last minute. The name of Aryan Khan and Arbaz Merchant was later included while other names were dropped.

Sameer Wankhade, former NCB- Mumbai chief who led the case failed to appear before CBI for noting his statement in a corruption case. CBI registered FIR against him for allegedly demanding Rs 25 crore from the Shahrukh Khan family.

Series of statements one after another shows the deliberate way of giving an occasional opportunity to Kiran Gosavi- a witness in this case now an accused by CBI, declared by Gyneshwar in his affidavit.

The NCB dropped the case against Aryan

The audio recording of Aryan communicated by Gosavi is another schematic error. The selfie of Aryan along with Gosavi was getting viral hours after the cruise raid. Recording devices at the NCB office were found to be manipulated. The Special Enquiry team headed the CCTV instrument at the NCB office for the verification process.

Different equipment provided by NCB

Verification concludes that the equipment provided was corrupted. The DVR and the hard disc provided by NCB Mumbai were different. Such practices clearly show that CCTV footage did have something significant and was not given to SET with prior intention.

The affidavit also questions the NCB’s release of  Saumya Singh, one of the suspects, despite the discovery of rolling paper in her bag during the raid. She was in the same room as another detained suspect, model Munmun Dhamecha. “Allegation of settlement in the release of the suspect,” it stated.

Arbaaz received 6 grams of charas from Singh

Dhamecha recently questioned the NCB’s decision to release Singh in a public interview. Siddarth Shah admits that he gave Merchant 6 gramme of charas and was permitted to leave according to the NCB, which were allegedly recovered from the merchant.
