Allahabad High Court reserved its decision in the fake passport case of Abdullah Azam, son of jailed senior SP leader Azam Khan. In the last hearing of this case, the Allahabad High Court had sought a reply from the government on Abdullah Azam's petition.

In a major decision High Court  gave a big decision in the case of a 15-year-old pregnant girl who was a rape victim, held that it is  the woman's own decision whether she wants to continue the pregnancy or get an abortion.

Allahabad High Court said that five transfers in five years are prima facie malicious. The transfer order of the petitioner was stayed. The state government has been asked to respond to the petition within three weeks.
