When Camilla “Isn’t Around,” Does King Charles “Become Anxious” In Public ?

King Charles does experience “stress” whenever his wife is out of his line of sight, according to a body language expert. Darren Stanton examined several members of the royal family over time and presented some of their gestures.

The expert said, “King Charles’ key gestures are firstly to do with when he’s not feeling confident, when he’s a little unsure of himself or when he’s looking for [Queen] Camilla (formerly known as Camilla Parker Bowles). He tends to get a little stressed when Camilla isn’t in his eye line because she gives him a lot of strength.”

When he starts messing with his cufflinks or the cuffs of his shirt and jacket are small but important warning signs. These actions are what are referred to as “pacifying gestures,” which we take in an effort to reassure ourselves. However, King Charles has grown more self-assured over the years, particularly since becoming king, so we tend to witness these gestures less and less, the expert continued.

“Charles also puts his hand into his jacket in a symbolic gesture. Both William and Harry acquired these gestures unintentionally or inherited them as children, particularly William. King Charles also made the important motion of brushing imaginary dust off of his garment.

He appears to be simply brushing something off of his jacket, but in reality, he’s actually making another attempt to calm himself whenever he’s feeling anxious or nervous “the specialist added.

The expert praised Camilla, saying that she is “Clearly quite confident, at least for the past five to six years. When she walks, her signature gesture is to put her hands behind her back. This hand motion conveys authority.

Unknowingly, you’re saying, “I have enough confidence in who I am and what I can do to allow myself to be more exposed,” by placing the majority of your essential organs at the front as if to expose them.

You’ll see that Camilla has a very commanding posture, particularly when she’s speaking to others.

The [late] queen had it too, but Camilla’s was more about authority than actual power. She’s essentially making a name for herself as Charle’s wife and a senior member of the royal family in her own right. Also, we rarely observe fake smiles or hand movements.

She usually expresses her dislike for someone, according to the body language expert.
