Ramaswamy stated that he would make all political appointees sign the promise if he were to defeat current President Joe Biden for the Republican primary and go on to win the general election in 2024. In addition, he would invite other elected leaders to join.
“This will be specifically I will call a litmus test for anybody who is an appointee in my administration and a clear signal to our own supporters,” Vivek Ramaswamy, who is polling a distant fourth in the Republican primary, said.
