ISIS Assumes Responsibility For Brussels Shooting

The Islamic State group claimed responsibility for a shooting in Brussels that killed two Swedes on Tuesday, saying the attack was intended for Sweden because of its role in a global coalition against terrorists.

“On Monday, Islamic State fighters carried out an attack against Swedish nationals”, the jihadists’ news arm Amaq claimed in a statement, adding that, “the attack comes in the context of operations called for by the to target nationals of coalition countries”.
