The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) agency reported on Saturday that an Uncrewed Aerial System (UAS) burst near a vessel in the Bab al-Mandab Strait, 45 nautical miles southwest of Saleef, Yemen.
In an advisory note, UKMTO noted, “Vessel reports no damage, all crew reported safe. Authorities are investigating”.
Earlier in the day, UKMTO issued a warning advising vessels to proceed with caution.
