Armenian separatists stated Tuesday that two civilians had been murdered and almost two dozen had been injured in Nagorno-Karabakh after Azerbaijan initiated an anti-terror operation in the breakaway region earlier in the day.
In a statement, Gegham Stepanyan, a separatist official in charge of human rights, said, “The number of civilian injuries has increased to 23. The recorded casualties among civilians are two”.
