In my case, it’s some used old android phone inside iPhone packaging. Amazon refused any assistance. Folks, please stop buying expensive items from Amazon.”
Another user shared, “Bro, I had a similar issue with Amazon. @AmazonHelp will just keep asking for proofs and make you wait. Eventually, they’ll claim the correct product was sent from our end. Sorry, we can’t assist.”
“@Amazonhelp how do I return this fake coffee espresso machine? I will never buy anything from Amazon again,” commented a third user.
Adding to the discourse, another user remarked, “Well well, I received these @BritanniaIndLtd Marie Gold biscuits instead of @Apple AirPods. The response from Amazon? They can do nothing. @amazonIN well done.”
