Who All Were On The Missing Titanic Submersible? Know HERE

In a race against time, rescuers are trying to locate a submersible that brought tourists to the Titanic catastrophe. Titanic submersible took place in Less than two hours after it started plunging on Sunday. Out of its 96-hour range, 70 hours of oxygen are still available.

Five people can travel in the submersible to view the shipwreck. British businessman Hamish Harding has been named as one of the passengers. The 58-year-old is the chairman of Dubai-based Action Aviation, an aviator, and a space traveler. Mr. Harding expressed his pride at joining the OceanGate Expedition for their RMS TITANIC Mission as a mission expert down to the Titanic in an Instagram post on Sunday.

Pakistani businessman and his son on the Titanic

According to media reports, Pakistani businessman Shahzada Dawood and his son Suleman are suspected to be among the passengers. The news organisation quoted the family as saying, “We are very grateful for the concern being shown by our colleagues and friends and would like to request that everyone pray for their safety.”

Mr. Dawood serves as vice chairman of Engro Corporation, one of Pakistan’s biggest corporations with holdings in the production of energy, digital technology, and fertilisers. He resides in Britain with his wife and two children, according to the website of SETI, the California-based scientific organisation of which he is a trustee.

Founder of OceanGate and a French Pilot too goes missing with Titanic Submersible

Additionally present on board are French pilot Paul-Henry Nargeolet and OceanGate founder and CEO Stockton Rush. The 77-year-old Mr. Nargeolet was a commander in the French Navy. He was a mine sweeper and a deep diver. He oversaw the first Titanic rescue effort in 1987 after leaving the navy. Meanwhile, Mr. Rush “became the youngest jet transport rated pilot in the world when he obtained his DC-8 Type/Captain’s rating at the United Airlines Jet Training Institute in 1981 at the age of 19,” per his biography on OceanGate’s website.
