Supreme Court has issued a notice to the Delhi government and the UPSC, seeking a response on anticipatory bail petition filed by Pooja Khedkar.

The court found Pooja Khedkar guilty of violating UPSC rules, leading to the cancellation of her selection

Khedkar is accused of submitting false OBC and PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) certificates and fraudulently exceeding the permissible attempts for the CSE by misrepresenting her identity.

In response to the incident, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, led by AAP, took action by sealing the basements of 13 coaching centers in Karol Bagh on Sunday due to violations of building regulations.

In a latest development in Puja Khedkar Row the Union Public Service Commission is poised to take action against former candidate as it cancels her candidature. 

Recently, Khedkar attracted intense media attention for allegedly seeking special privileges from the Pune Collector's office beyond her official entitlement.
