The Delhi High Court

The Delhi High Court will issue an order on Aam Aadmi Party plea seeking the allotment of office space on June 5.

The petitioner, NGO 'Social Jurist,' filed the petition earlier this year, claiming that the hospital's only ultrasound machine was not operational and that essential medicines had been unavailable for the past six months.

The school had rejected her application, citing that her previous schooling was in New Delhi district, while Mungeshpur is in North West Delhi.

Justice Pushkarna underscored the significance of preserving the Ridge area, considering it as both a green heritage and a vital component for maintaining environmental equilibrium in Delhi, especially amidst the city's struggle with escalating pollution levels.

The accused was apprehended by police while carrying 14 live cartridges at the entrance of the US Embassy, where he was attending a visa interview.

Furthermore, they highlight the widespread circulation of these speeches on social media platforms, indicating the urgency of addressing such violations.

Justice Sharma scrutinized the situation and dismissed the relevance of Sonkar's purported marriage, noting that the woman in question was already pregnant and had experienced the unfortunate loss of a child.

The petitioners also challenged a Ministry of Defence (MoD) order directing the armed forces to set up selfie points featuring images of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to showcase ministry achievements.

The court accepted the undertaking from the government counsel and urged authorities to maximize infrastructure utilization by repurposing vacated buildings for new schools.

Justice Hari Shankar noted that although the government had challenged the court's decision before the Division Bench, it hadn't been overturned or suspended.
