Supreme Court has dismissed the petition of two convicts in the Bilkis Bano case, Radheshyam Bhagwan Das and Rajubhai Babulal.

In a big relief to Adani ports, Supreme Court on Wednesday put a pause on Gujarat High Court order that had asked the state government to recover 108 hectares of grazing land that had been allotted to the ports company.

All 11 convicts were granted remission by the Gujarat government and were released on August 15, 2022.

In the strategic collaboration, the Government of Gujarat is set to facilitate RECPDCL in obtaining necessary permissions and clearances for their upcoming projects in the state.

The Supreme Court made its pointed comments after the high court issued an order on Saturday, despite the fact that it had already scheduled the case for today.
