A bench of Justices BR Gavai and Sandeep Mehta, however, ordered expunging certain remarks and observations made against the state government and the police in the March 5 order of the high court.

Reacting to the ED's actions, RJD spokesperson Rishi Mishra criticized the BJP, accusing them of resorting to investigative agencies like the ED, CBI, and I-T department due to a lack of confidence in their own leaders and workers.

The search action was launched by the ED after it filed a criminal case against Solanki and others under the PMLA Act.

The ED has filed the fresh complaint under Section 174 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) regarding non-attendance in obedience to a public servant's order, read with Section 63(4) of the PMLA, which addresses intentional disobedience of directions.

Concurrently, the CBI informed Rouse Avenue Court on Tuesday that it will submit the last charge sheet in the land-for-jobs case within the next two weeks.
