Supreme Court is scheduled to hear the petition filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) against the Tamil Nadu government on March 20.

The petition before the apex court represents a crucial juncture in the ongoing legal battle, with Banerjee aiming to challenge the validity and legality of the ED's summons.

Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leader K Kavitha has vehemently denounced her arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) as "illegal."

The BRS MLC said that she did nothing wrong and has accused the central government, which is led by the BJP, of "misusing" the probe agencies to get a "backdoor" entry into Telangana.

Kharge said, "Why have so many companies donated only after ED, IT and CBI raids? Who exerted the pressure on such companies?"
