India is set to establish its own space station, called the Bharatiya Antariksha Station (BAS), by 2035. Dr. Jitendra Singh, Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Science and Technology, announced this ambitious goal.

India is likely to bolster its standing as a global leader in healthcare innovation through a new collaboration with the WHO.

Union Minister of State for Science and Technology, Dr. Jitendra Singh said that PM Modi's vision and his commitment for 'New India' have inspired the creation of IIM like world class institution. 

He visited NIGST (National Institute of Geo-Informatics Science & Technology) in Hyderabad, interacts with the faculty and trainees, and holds its review meeting.
