Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal

The guarantees encompassed commitments such as round-the-clock power supply, quality education and healthcare facilities, and the creation of two crore jobs annually for the youth.

Arvind Kejriwal had been arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in March in connection with a money laundering investigation related to the Delhi excise policy.

Under the bail conditions, Kejriwal is prohibited from visiting the Chief Minister's office or the Secretariat, performing any chief ministerial duties, and must return to jail on June 2.

A bench comprising justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta issued the interim bail order, with a detailed ruling to follow.

However, the ED suggested that there were additional pertinent details yet to be disclosed. This underscores the ED's commitment to thorough and transparent legal proceedings in the pursuit of justice.

Meanwhile, the court granted Kejriwal additional time to respond to amendments against ED's summons. The trial court had issued these summons based on complaints filed by the ED.

On March 21, just hours after the Supreme Court denied Kejriwal's request for immunity from the federal anti-money laundering agency's coercive measures, the ED arrested him.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) alleges Kejriwal's central role in formulating the controversial policy and has portrayed him as the "kingpin." Kejriwal has vehemently refuted the accusations, attributing them to a ploy to undermine AAP's electoral prospects.

Delhi HC dismissed Kejriwal's plea that circled around his apprehension on March 21 in connection with the Enforcement Directorate's money laundering probe.

VK Saxena said in his letter, "I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern with regards to the pathetic state of hospitals under the Health department of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi."
