Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal

During a Supreme Court hearing, Additional Solicitor General SV Raju stated that there is direct evidence showing Kejriwal stayed at a seven-star hotel in Goa, with part of the bill paid by one of the accused

The court was informed about the police's attempts to retrieve potentially deleted video evidence and their ongoing investigation into Kumar's activities post-dismissal.

A 'yellow' warning was issued, with the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasting temperatures up to 44 degrees Celsius.

In connection with the case, the Delhi Police was scheduled to record the statements of Kejriwal's parents, who were also reportedly present during the assault.

A police team, along with forensic analysts, visited the residence of the Aam Aadmi Party leader, where the alleged assault occurred.

The National Commission for Women (NCW) has taken notice of the incident, summoning Mr. Kumar for a hearing today.

The guarantees encompassed commitments such as round-the-clock power supply, quality education and healthcare facilities, and the creation of two crore jobs annually for the youth.

Arvind Kejriwal had been arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in March in connection with a money laundering investigation related to the Delhi excise policy.

Under the bail conditions, Kejriwal is prohibited from visiting the Chief Minister's office or the Secretariat, performing any chief ministerial duties, and must return to jail on June 2.

A bench comprising justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta issued the interim bail order, with a detailed ruling to follow.
