The Rouse Avenue Court has issued a notice to ED in response to the bail plea filed by Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in the excise policy scam.

A PIL was lodged in the Delhi HC, urging legal action against Sunita Kejriwal, spouse of Delhi's CM Arvind Kejriwal, and several others.

Arvind Kejriwal's PA, Bibhav Kumar, has taken his arrest to the High Court, claiming it violates Supreme Court guidelines.

The Supreme Court registry rejected Arvind Kejriwal's request for a seven-day extension of his interim bail for medical tests, including a PET-CT scan.

The Chief Justice of India will make a decision over Kejriwal's application listing, according to the vacation bench consisting of Justices JK Maheshwari and KV Viswanathan.

The petitioner later submitted an application seeking an apology and requesting that the fine be waived, citing his inexperience in the profession.

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has petitioned the SC for a 7-day extension of his interim bail to undergo crucial medical examinations.

The altercation occurred on May 13, when Swati Maliwal alleged that Kejriwal's Private Secretary (PS) Bibhav Kumar assaulted her during her visit to the Chief Minister's residence.

Taking Pride in his work, Kejriwal talked about building mohalla clinics, schools and providing free electricity. "I want to tell the Prime Minister - you are playing 'Jail ka khel'," Kejriwal further maintained.

Swati Maliwal has filed a case against Arvind Kejriwal's personal secretary Vibhav Kumar under IPC sections 354, 506 and 509.
